Once it settles in, the temp holds really well. It does take me a bit to get it dialed in just right, but from how steady it acts afterward, I’m guessing it’s doing a solid job overall.

The grill did show up in one piece, so I can’t complain too much. But when I saw the box, my first gut reaction was that something had to be damaged. It was beat up, and some of the padding was loose inside, which didn’t feel great for something this heavy. Luckily nothing major was broken, but I definitely expected it to be packed a little better.

The design just looks outdated to me. It feels messy and not very nice to use, and it’s frustrating because it seems like the goalposts keep moving on what’s supposed to look good or work well. I wanted to like it, but the whole thing just comes across as clunky and kind of ugly.

Overall, it’s a solid grill and it works well... but I did notice the finish chips a little easier than I expected. Not a dealbreaker for me, just something to keep in mind.

I was a little confused because the website made it seem like this would hold heat really well, but that wasn’t my experience. The temperature dropped way too fast, and I felt like I was constantly messing with the vents the whole cook just to keep it steady

I ordered mine from Komodo Kamado, getting it set up was easier than I had built it up in my head. Everything was packed really well, and just from the way the instructions started out, I kind of assumed it was going to be manageable, and for the most part, it was.

I did get hung up on one small section, but that was mostly on me for rushing and thinking I had the gist before actually reading it properly. Once I slowed down and stopped assuming what the next step was, it clicked quickly.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the setup was simple overall, but a couple parts of the instructions could’ve been a little clearer. Still, it wasn’t frustrating or anything, and I’d say it went better than expected

They got back to me quickly and sorted out my issue without making it a big deal. There was just something about it that felt easy and handled well.

Maybe I’m being a little picky, but the shipping experience was a mess. The delivery was late, the tracking barely updated, and I kept having to ask for answers instead of just knowing what was going on. I get that delays happen, but the whole thing felt really disorganized and frustrating

I’ve had mine for years now, and... it still holds up really well. No complaints here.
